Barba Hanula obtained his MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1983. Throughout his career, Hanula held various roles, including CEO of AVL-Schrick, where he spearheaded engine development projects for global OEMs. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 2001, focusing on ceramic valve applications in IC engines. Transitioning to academia, Hanula served as Head of Scientific Contacts at Audi Hungaria and Dean of the Audi Hungaria Faculty of Vehicle Engineering. Currently, he is an Associate Professor and Consultant at HUMDA, focusing on renewable energy and hydrogen utilization.
